Ben Nobuto (b. 1996) is a British-Japanese composer, pianist and producer based in London.
His music explores themes of attention, fragmentation and digital culture, often blending acoustic instruments with electronics and influences from popular music and internet aesthetics. Nobuto studied music at the University of Cambridge and has quickly gained recognition for his distinctive voice.
His works have been commissioned by ensembles such as the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, the National Youth Choir and Manchester Collective, and have been featured at major events including the BBC Proms. He has received several awards, including an Ivors Classical Award and a Royal Philharmonic Society Award.
